double infant stroller is the smallest double stroller within the Baby Jogger range. It's designed for travel, and can fit through standard doors easily due to its narrow and slim design. It's also one the lightest double buggies available weighing only 14lb when folded. This makes it perfect for traveling with a newborn and a toddler because you won't have to exceed the allowances for luggage on airlines. It can also be folded up into the size of an incredibly small travel bag so you can store it in the back seat of your car.
It's easy to fold the Z-shape with one hand. Once you've gotten used to it, it is small and takes only a few seconds. However our tester discovered the auto lock to be a bit confusing. Also, since the handlebar doesn't lock into position when you press it, it landed on her legs when she was using it. She also thought that the handlebar was on the short side. This is especially true when a large change bag is hanging from it.
As opposed to other light travel buggies, this doesn't skimp on features and is among the most comprehensive double strollers that are available. It's compatible with two carry cots (available separately) and offers multiple recline positions, and an UV 50+ canopy. You can even add a bassinet to one or both seats to transform this into a travel system.
The four composite wheels made of rubber are ideal for pavements and urban terrain however they're not made for off road double buggy (

It's a heavier tandem buggy but it's incredibly easy to operate and steer, especially on smooth pavements. It's stable in double and single mode, and can be used on sloped ground. It's not as easy to use on public transport since it requires two hands to hold the handlebar. It's also large and will not fit into a standard car boot with the seat on, however this can be overcome by careful planning. iCandy have included the footmuff, changing bag and car seat adapters in the price, so it's an excellent value bundle for new parents.

5. Nipper Double V5
The Nipper Double V5 is a updated version of Out 'n' About of the award-winning buggies that can be used on all terrains. It is designed for twins or other siblings and features recliner chairs that are independent, compatible with carrycots, as well as an ultra-light frame to allow for easy maneuverability on uneven terrain.
The adjustable handle's height and rear wheel suspension offer a comfortable ride for kids up to 22kg. The tough pneumatic tyres, that are easy to clean, also provide a smooth ride when jogging. The 360-degree swivel can be locked to make it easier to manoeuvre around the town. The one-pedal lock brake is also easy to use.
Our testers noted that the Nipper Double was incredibly easy to maneuver, even walking on uneven ground or turning quickly in an area with a lot of traffic. They were also amazed by the fact that both seats recline independently, which means they can be adjusted to fit your individual preferences - perfect for napping.
The hoods were also simple to adjust for sun or wind protection. Our testers did find however that they did not provide the same amount of coverage compared to something like the Baby Jogger City Mini hoods which is why it's recommended to bring a rain jacket just in case.
Overall, our testers were impressed by the Nipper double's ability to allow them to take their twin daughters Sydney and Lyla to all sorts of adventures. From exploring the forest for wildlife or rushing to a park to play with their friends they were thrilled. They were also amazed by how comfortable and spacious the two seats are, with plenty of room for toddlers growing to sprawl out in. Our testers did mention, however, that the lack of parent-facing seating and inability to use car seats with the buggy was a disadvantage and they would like to have seen more storage space for shopping and other gear.
