The best robot vacuum that mops (

Noah Pinsonnault is a product review analyst for the Home Care and Cleaning Lab at Good Housekeeping.
He tests and evaluates cleaning appliances, focusing on robot vacuums and mopping combos. Multitaskers are ideal for those who are looking to eliminate mopping from their list of things to do. Some models have superior mapping capabilities and obstacle avoidance. Some even wash and refill mopping pads themselves for a hands-free cleaning.
The Eufy S1 Pro
If you're looking for a robot vacuum that can also mop, this is the model to look for. It's smaller than other models on this list, making it easier to maneuver into tight corners and underneath furniture. It uses a 220 degree lidar that combined with its 3D Matrix camera system gives it some of the
best automatic vacuum and mop navigation and obstacle avoidance I've ever seen in a robot vacuum. It has a 4600mAh battery that can last for up to 170 minutes when mopping and sucking are set to standard mode. (It can be more efficient when using turbo). It can even return to its dock to recharge its battery during the cleaning.
It's fast and does a fantastic job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It is able to vacuum carpeted rooms quickly, and hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room and hallways with only one motion. Its 8,000pa suction motor will quickly pick up sand, dirt, and pet hair. Carpet detection automatically increases power when it detects carpets and the double side brush helps to remove debris from corners.
The mopping performance, though still impressive, is not as effective. The mop rotates at a high velocity and is pushed down with 2.2lbs of force, easily scrubbing up dirt and stains. I've noticed that the front arm sticks out a little more than other robots. This is useful when you're trying to get into narrow corners or on baseboards. The same front arms can also be employed to clean larger pieces of debris, such as broken toys and fallen books.
The S1 Pro is also one of the quietest robot mops and vacuums I've tried. It is quieter and doesn't make more noise when mopping or vacuuming. The S1 Pro is only limited by the fact that it needs to utilize a specific mopping solution and is sold separately. It is easy to set up and performs well. However when you purchase this robot vacuum solely for mopping purposes you must pay attention to this.
The Roborock Q Revo
The Q Revo stands apart from the majority of robot vacuums which mops in its class. It is equipped with a broad array of features that make it an ideal choice for homeowners who want an extremely efficient, flexible and ad-hoc cleaning machine.
The device is equipped with a powerful cleaning system that integrates LiDAR sensor technology with an RGB camera. This allows it to map out the home and identify furniture and other obstacles. It can then use this information to clean methodically and intelligently. This leads to an efficient, consistent clean which is also relatively quick.
The Q Revo DuoRoller mop pad is capable of reaching many surfaces. This includes corners and baseboards as well as other hard-to-reach spots. They also have a flexible side brush that can extend to reach the floor near walls and other fixtures. The mop pads are also washable and dry to reduce odors and prevent buildup.
App-based customization is yet another noteworthy feature. The Q Revo allows you to alter the intensity of its suction and choose between a back-and-forth or slightly more random pattern. You can also select the number of passes which will determine how quickly it can move around your home. You can also choose to disable the side brush to avoid damaging carpets and rugs.
The device has a expensive price, but has a variety of innovative features. It's crucial to note that it incurs recurring expenses in the form of mopping supplies and maintenance. For example the brushroll should be replaced every six to twelve months or after 300 hours. The filter must be cleaned after 150 hours, and the mop pad should be replaced every one to three months.
The
robot hoover vacuum that mops is rated highly on Amazon and includes a broad array of physical automation features. The robot vacuum also comes with an energy button that doubles as the 'Clean button' and a Home' button to send it home after cleaning. It also comes with a multifunctional dock which automatically empty the trash bin, fills up its water tank and washes and drys its mop pads.
The Shark Matrix Plus
The Shark Matrix Plus will be an ideal option for busy professionals or anyone who needs to keep their home tidy without spending too much time on chores. It is a powerful machine with intelligent navigation, and a long battery life that allows you to keep your home tidy with minimal effort.
The Matrix Plus is a 2-in-1 robot
vacuum mop cleaner robot and mop, which means it can handle both vacuuming and mopping. The robot is divided into two parts which include a dry bin and water tank that can be easily snapped in and out and a mopping unit that includes microfiber pads. It's not the most modern thing to have separate modules for mopping and vacuuming, but it does mean that you don't have to worry about changing disposable bags or refilling the tank with water.
Our test subjects found that the Matrix Plus did a great job of vacuuming as well as mopping. Its greatest feature was its accurate floorplan, which it uses to create an outline for cleaning. This made it easy for the Matrix Plus to navigate around furniture, rugs and other obstacles. The app also offers the option to set 'No-Go zones' and virtual barriers that help to protect certain areas of your house from being swept with a mop.
The Matrix Plus also did a remarkable job at collecting pet hair. It was able capture a large amount of hair that our cats shed and even was able to get into the nooks and crevices of our stairs, where other robots struggled. It was fairly quiet and had some lovely jingles to indicated when it was beginning or finishing its work.
The app was too basic and you had to alter the modules every time you changed between vacuuming and mopping. The app can't hold multiple maps, which can be a problem if you have a home with a mix of floors. The Matrix Plus is a good option for those who want an intelligent robot that can perform both vacuuming and mopping.
The Yiko X1 Omni
The X1 Omni is the most expensive robot vacuum that mops in our review, but it comes with some distinct features that are worth considering. The X1 Omni's main draw is its huge dock, which serves as the robot's charging base and the housing for two water tanks, a cleaning sink, and an automatic 2.5-liter dust bin that automatically empties.
The base comes with several control buttons, which allow you to manually start a cleaning task or recall the robot, or run the dock's automatic emptying procedure. Press two buttons to toggle the child lock. This is a great feature for parents who are concerned about their children messing around with the vacuum.
Like other robotic vacuums the Omni Omni utilizes its camera to detect furniture and obstacles in its path and eliminate them. Its True Mapping 2.0 navigation system maps your home 10 times faster than laser detection systems and is four times more precise at finding objects.
Unfortunately, this means that the X1 Omni can occasionally become so entangled with an obstacle--such as the power cord that is draped across a rug, that it gets stuck and stops working until you manually free it. This was a rare incident, but frustrating nonetheless, because the X1 doesn't have an "stuck status" alert in its application.
The X1 Omni is unable to automatically switch from mopping mode to vacuuming mode during a cleaning session. You'll need to manually switch between the two modes, which isn't that bad however, the mopping pad isn't washed or dried between uses. This can lead to mildew and mold.
The X1 Omni looks great, thanks to the Jacob Jensen design team (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who designed its sleek modern, contemporary base and mopping pad. It's a major change from the utilitarian black bases of competitors like Roborock and iRobot, and a welcome appearance in a market which is dominated by clunky boxes and clunky models.
