What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?
Transparent device that can evolve certain Pokemon species. It was created by Silph Co.
The item upgrader adds an additional widget to the top of both the Angel and Cash Upgrade Windows. This Manager costs 33 billion Angel Investors, and has no other benefit to the game, aside from making it easier to buy upgrades.
Boosters
There are many boosts you can get with an upgrader. These can include a variety of stats, in addition to many additional bonuses. These bonuses can be used on weapons, armor and trinkets. They can be used to boost the capabilities of a character, or they can be added as an aspect of variety to a build.
The upgrade system in World of Warcraft allows players to increase the quality of their gear by spending currencies at an item upgrader NPC. This system was first introduced in Mists of Pandaria, and was further developed in Warlords of Draenor. It's a good way to increase the level of your equipment, allowing you to bypass the monotonous grind of completing quests and avoid a bunch of wipes in Mythicand dungeons.
When an item is upgraded its basic type will change. Upgrades to a normal

The item will retain all of its pre-upgrade statistics however it will also get an additional benefit from its new base type. This bonus will be randomly selected from the following: the chance to acquire weapons with a higher damage range, a chance to obtain an enhanced reload speed or a chance to gain a higher max defense roll.
The number of upgrades you perform will determine the amount of extras you will receive. Each upgrade will boost the corresponding extras by increments of 1, up to a maximum of 3. Each upgrade will also increase the stats in the main menu by +1.
Some upgrades also provide an additional random boost in addition to stat boosts. These boosts can be extremely valuable and should be considered when choosing which items to upgrade. Certain of these boosts may only be used in certain designs (such the Whistan's Shield in FB Sorcs), while others are useful to collectors.
Some items have an inherent boos that are less effective when upgraded, for example the Goldwrap which gives additional slots for potion. They are often upgraded to add value to a near-perfect or perfect item.
Costs
There are some costs that are associated with upgrades to items. The first is the upgrade itself. The cost for this upgrade can be costly and is contingent on the new ilvl of the item and the number perks it gains. Upgrades to a higher level (such as Explorer to Champion or Veteran to Heroic) can be expensive.
The other is the cost of the materials required to upgrade. The items used for upgrades are usually either Power Dices (dropped by monsters 21+) or Minerals and Erons (obtainable through completing specific Mists of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor quests). The amount of these items needed can be found in the inventory of an upgrade vendor.
It takes time to upgrade an item. It can take up to 8 hours depending on the size of the upgrade. The upgraded item's base stats are calculated using the item's new ilvl bonus, perks, as well as other properties. This calculation determines the new Armor Class bonus, damage dice, as well as other important stats. In some instances an upgrade may grant additional benefits. These perks are listed on a table.
In rare cases the upgrade will only replace the most expensive bonuses. Sometimes, the upgrader may make other adjustments to an item, for example, changing its weapon damage type or removing or adding an operative or unwieldy property. The cost for these changes is determined by the item's new ilvl, and it may require a special material like adamantine alloy.
Success Rate
The basis for upgrading items is an opportunity, and like any random system there is a chance that the upgrade won't be successful. However, there are a few factors that can help to increase the chances of success. This includes the use of an
item level upgrade dubbed an Upgrade Pity, or the addition of extra items to the upgrade.
The Upgrade Pity can be bought from the NPC for smithing in Lost Ark. It increases the chances of an upgrade's success by an amount. It is similar to the luck bonus certain items offer however it is more reliable. This can be added to any weapons or armor and can be used three times.
You can also add other materials to the upgrade to increase the chance of success. They are displayed in a window that is above the + button. However, there are some limitations to this, and the maximum amount of material that can be added is shown right above the + button in the UI.
Another way to increase the odds of an upgrade achieving success is to use an item known as a Blacksmith Blessing or an upgraded version of it. This item is beneficial in the event that you have a weapon or piece of equipment that is at the highest level for its tier or is close to it. This item will allow you upgrade the equipment to the next level without the risk of breaking.
If an upgrade is unsuccessful, it will be reverted to its previous state. This is usually a downgrade, but could also be an upgrade. It is recommended to save an upgrade when you're near the maximum capacity of an item, and use it as a last resort.
Kafra offers a variety of products that can be utilized in order to increase the chances of a successful upgrade. You can increase the chances of success by upgrading your equipment multiple times with HD Oridecon and HD Elunium. The rate of success will be increased if you can increase the chance of getting a Double Mint by Shoe-Minting five times.
Failure Rate
The
item upgrader allows players to add an additional card slot into their equipment. These slots can be used to apply an enchantment or upgrade an item. It is important to remember that not all items can be upgraded. The rank of an item determines the rate at which it can be upgraded and transformed. The higher the item's rank, the more Zeny and items are required to upgrade it.
This system can be very expensive, especially for high-level gear. Upgrades to weapons and armor can cost as much as 100,000 Z or 100 Carnium. As you progress in rank, the chances of success diminish. However, you can make use of cash shop items to increase your chances of upgrading an item efficiently.
Normal Upgrade is a basic upgrade that can only be used on armor, weapons and bikes. It requires different grades of core depending on the type of item. In general, lower-grade items require less expensive cores, whereas higher grade items require more expensive cores.
You must have the proper number of cores in order to do an upgrade normally. Once you have them, click the button next to the item you wish to upgrade. The upgrade window will display a percent indicator of your chances of success. This percentage is based on the level of upgrade for the item and the core type you have selected.
You can also select an item that is protected by a safeguard your equipment in the event of a failure. The safeguard is not free however, the cost will be less than the cost of a new item. The protection is only valid one time per upgrade and will not expire until it is used again.
The interface for the item upgrader can be a little difficult, but it's not difficult to navigate. The main menu appears on the left and the upgrade window appears on the right. The arrows on the left of the UI represent the various stages of the upgrade process. If you're not sure what you're doing, you can hit the question mark to seek help. The upgrade process could take as long as five minutes.
