1. Baby Jogger City Tour 2 Double
The City Tour 2 Double stroller is the smallest of the Baby Jogger range. It is designed to travel and fits through doors that are standard with its ultra-narrow shape. It's also one the lightest double buggies on the market that weighs just 14lbs when folded. This makes it perfect for traveling with a baby and toddler because you won't have to exceed airline luggage allowances. It can also be folded up to the size of a small travel bag, which means you can put it in the back seat of your car.
It's simple to fold the Z-shape with one hand. Once you've gotten used to it, it's compact and only takes just a few seconds. However our tester found the auto lock to be a little confusing. As the handlebar wasn't locked to its place when you press it, it struck her legs when she was using it. She also felt the handlebar was a bit on the short side and especially with the large changing bag hanging off of it.
As opposed to other light travel buggies, this doesn't skimp on features. It's one of the most comprehensive
double strollers on the market. It's compatible with two carrycots (available separately) and has several recline positions and has an UV 50+ canopy. You can also add an additional bassinet to either or both seats to make this an
all terrain double buggy-in-one travel system.
The four composite wheels made of rubber are ideal for pavements and urban terrain, but they're not built for off-roading. They slid on long grass and gravel, and there isn't much clearance between the bracket and the wheel, which means that mud could get stuck easily. That being said our tester was still enthralled the buggy and did manage to climb some beautiful dirt hills.

Overall, our test participants were impressed with the Nipper double's capacity to let them take their twin daughters Sydney and Lyla to all kinds of adventures. From spotting wildlife in a forest to rushing to the park for a playdate, they loved it.
