Most robot vacuum-mop combos can be customized using an application that allows you to save the maps of your home, set cleaning schedules and choose mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power and fine-tune how much water and scrubbing action your mop uses.

A mapping function will help your robot navigate around rooms. A feature to avoid obstacles prevents it from running over furniture, wires or even stray toys. These features are essential for my home that is filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the flagship mop and vacuum, which is why it is naturally packed with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and raise its mop pads or brushes to ensure that soft surfaces don't get wet. It can also stay clear of obstacles by spotting pets, plants, and other small objects.

The robotic vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is more than any other robot vac we've tested up to now. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation that tracks its position, which prevents it from becoming stuck on objects.

Its mopping functionality is also impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of 6 Newtons to the mop pad to provide a deep clean. It also comes with an automatic mop lifting system which will lift the pad as it moves from tile to laminate, hardwood to carpet and rugs to avoid getting soaked by these soft surfaces.

In addition in addition, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad can be rinsing and drying in the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. You can set it up and forget about it. You will only need to replenish the water tank or change the dust bag every now and then.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its normal mop and vac-settings for around 160 minutes before beginning to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't too far from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is on par other hybrids I've tested.

This is a highly robust and well-rounded product with the only downside being that it's costly. The number of features makes it a great choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. If you can justify the price we strongly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a high-end combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its powerful features, which include a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mop mops. It also includes an app-based, smart controller and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is among the highest robotic vacuum and mop combos available. In my tests, it did well in all areas of the house, removing 98.4 percent of debris from all floors and managing to lift long hair without getting caught in. The mops were also great and produced excellent cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models, due to their rotational motion and a strong dose of cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's most significant highlight is its multifunctional docking station. The dock empties its dustbin into dirt bag, then refills its water tank for mopping and dry its mop pads for you. It has a real-time hazards detection system, and its intelligent controls allow you to schedule regular cleaning sessions.

In contrast to the other hybrid vacuum mops I test, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris pickup performance on carpets. The mops of the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing tough stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra’s high-end features it still requires regular maintenance. Its base station needs to be cleaned, and the dustbag and water tanks should be cleaned, empty and dried on a regular basis to avoid mildew and unpleasant odors. The mop pads that are sold separately will also need to be changed periodically.

With the L10S Ultra's pricey cost and robust features I would recommend it to anyone with the budget for it. If you're looking to save money I suggest a more basic model that lets you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. It's important to remember that even if the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum and mop you can purchase, its high purchase price and ongoing maintenance will eventually make it more of a want rather than a requirement.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're in search of a robot vacuum and mop that will remove dust and dirt on your hard floors, while taking care of wet messes then look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop set-up is a mighty suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also boasts an enormous battery capacity that can be used for vacuuming as well as mowing. And it is equipped with a top-quality obstacle-avoidance technology. It even comes with mop rollers that clean itself as it moves this makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that have to return to their base station mid-clean to wash off the mop's pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big departure from the microfibre pads and spinning discs that other robots. The roller is almost full width of the bot and is continuously dosed with clean, ozonated water from its dock. When it turns the roller, it scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is removed by the side brushes or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro dumps dirty mop water into its base station, where it is sucked by the heater elements of the tank and it is emptied into a bigger storage container. The onboard tank holds plenty of water, and it can manage about a dozen mopping sessions before going dry.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use right out of the box, just like most other robotic vacuums and mops. It will need to be filled with clean water, but this is a simple task in the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock, should you prefer the option of using your own cleaner. If you opt for this option, however, you will need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot vacuum cleaner brands allowing you to use your choice of cleaning solutions.

Like many robots, the S1 Pro did well in navigation efficiency and coverage evaluations. It was quick to map a area and moved around furniture. It was stuck on carpets with longer piles a few times during my tests. However this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is a very capable all-in-one robot for a reasonable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's cheapest mop and vacuum. However, it has some outstanding features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot's dirtbag, filling its water tanks and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system is able to clean a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is great for picking up pet hair and other debris that accumulates on carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is dense, and offers various options to customize the cleaning process. You can clean manually every area that is mapped by this device or select individual rooms, an expandable zone or a routine you've developed. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It uses the sensors on the mops to map the space and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

The Qrevo did well in our tests, as all Roborock models we've tested. Its navigation system is solid it can map rooms quickly and cleaning them in a neat way. The 'Normal' setting for pathing does an excellent job of covering a space, with no major gaps or missed areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system works fairly well, too although it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system of the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards like carpets that are thick, but it may not be able recognize smaller items such as electrical wires and rug tassels.

The most obvious flaw with this machine is the lack of a mop-after-vacuum option that could be a problem for those who do a lot of vacuuming before cleaning their robot. There's a simple solution: the app has an option that lets you "clean up" at the conclusion of every vacuuming session. This lets you utilize the mopping feature of the vacuum to remove the last remnants of debris and dust that are left behind by the vacuuming. This is a nice feature that can help this robot vacuum cleaners reviews clean a little better than its less expensive competitors.
