We had the opportunity to test drive the EV9 for a few hours on a local highway and found it to be easy to drive and comfortable for long distances. The acceleration of the vehicle is astonishingly fast, and it comes with adjustable regenerative brakes that allow "one-pedal driving" simply by taking off the accelerator.

With the Biden Administration looking to electrify schools across the nation, GreenPower plans on ramping up production to meet demand. Their EV Star bus is the first of its kind to be tested in Altoona and FMVSS-certified, Buy America compliant and ADA certified. This means they'll be eligible for federal transit assistance grants.
