The Narwal Freo X Ultra is one of the top robot vacuum and mop combos I've tried. Its base station features an enormous water tank as well as a dustbin, and its dual rubber brush is less likely to tangle hair than single bristles.
Its mopping performance is excellent and its AI mapping is excellent at getting around obstacles. It is also able to pause its cleaning job and resume it where it was when it stopped.
1. Roomba Combo j9+
The Roomba Combo J9+ is a robot mop that doubles as a vacuum cleaner that is among the most advanced available. It has a sleek, self-emptying Clean Base that can hold up to two full mopping cycles. It is designed to resemble a tiny table. It's also the only robot mop we've tested with an onboard water reservoir that automatically cleans and refills the cleaning pads after each mopping and vacuum cycle.
The mopping arm rests quietly on top of the unit until it detects hard floors, then lowers to begin scrubs. It moves slowly and cautiously over surfaces so it doesn't accidentally smear wet mud or spills across carpeted areas. It does a good job in staying out of the path of furniture, cords, and other obstacles.
The iRobot Home App is smarter than many robot vacuums. It lets you modify the settings of your cleaner, prioritize rooms based on the amount of dirt, schedule cleaning times and more. The app offers precise maps of your home and seasonal recommendations, as well as customized cleaning routines, as as a variety of smart home integrations that are easy to use.
This
robot vacuum uk-vac and mop uses iRobot's Imprint Smart Mapping technology to recognize objects, such as counters, sofas and tables. It can be controlled using Alexa, Google Assistant or Siri which makes it easy to keep your home clean.
The Roomba J9+, unlike other vacuum and mopping robots, creates an outline of your home 7 times faster than the previous models. It also labels each space by floor type, so that it will always remember where you want it to mop or vacuum. It also features a new Turbo Mode that boosts suction power for tough areas. With iRobot's Dirt Detective, it will learn about your cleaning habits and make adjustments to the cleaning priorities and settings to the dirtiest areas of your home.
2. Yeedi M12 Pro+
The Yeedi M12 Pro+, with its user-friendly app and top-quality features is a formidable competitor in the market of automatic mop and vacuum robots. Its powerful suction capabilities and cutting-edge mopping technology make it an ideal cleaner for smart homes. Its affordable price and smart automation also make it a great option for households on a budget.
Download and open the Yeedi App and follow the steps on the screen to connect the M12 to your Wi-Fi Network. After connecting, the app will ask you to choose a unique name for your new robot. It's important to note that the M12 is compatible with 2.4 GHz networks only.
The M12 comes with a variety of cleaning modes, including vacuuming and mopping. Its clever design lets the M12 map a space in just six minutes and then adjust its cleaning path in accordance with the map. Its advanced mopping features include two spinning pads, as well as electronically controlled water, as well as a "True Edge" Adaptive Edge Mopping System that ensures thorough cleaning of all edges.
In terms of navigation In terms of navigation, the M12 uses LiDAR, IR, and 3D structured light to avoid obstacles. Its sensors are adept at finding larger objects, like HVAC vents and furniture. However, they may struggle with smaller objects, like cables and small rags which can cause the robot to miss certain spots.
The M12 is also able to detect and navigate up stairs thanks to its built-in inclinometer. It can also return automatically to its OMNI Station to dry and wash mop brushes and replenish its water tank. If its batteries are low the OMNI station can even automatically empty the bin of dust and clean itself.
3. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra
The Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra is the most cutting-edge
robot cleaner cleaning, packing an incredible quantity of features in a sleek package. It has a huge mopping capacity and a camera to help it avoid obstacles. It also comes with a powerful vacuum that can sense when it is sweeping over carpets. It also comes with advanced intelligence and voice assistant features.
It is an extremely powerful mop and vacuum cleaner. It was able to cover our 1,500 square feet test area within 101 minutes, before the battery ran out and it returned to its dock. Its mop automatically cleans itself between uses. This feature reduces maintenance costs while keeping the pads clean. A dock sensor detects when a mop pad becomes dirty and initiates a wash cycle.
The S8 MaxV Ultra, like its predecessors, features an intelligent system that can recognize household items such as shoes and pet waste by using a combination of a camera and LIDAR. It was a great performer in our test of obstacle avoidance with just one minor glitch during my testing (it was stuck when unwinding a ball of wool that was caught in its brush arm).
The S8 MaxV Ultra features a suction power of 10,000pa, which is more than twice as powerful as its predecessor. This makes it an excellent choice for homes that have lots of carpeting and a variety of floor kinds. The vacuum can also be programmed to automatically increase suction when it's moving dirt or crumbs.
Similar to previous models, several docking stations can be installed to automate the cleaning and mopping process. The docking station can be connected to the home plumbing system and drain and replenish the water tank when you're done.
4. Dreametech X40 Ultra

The X40 Ultra has a simple user interface that offers many features. It is easy to use and set up. It is quieter than most corded vacuums and only the occasional low hum of its motor, and occasional bursts of suction when cleaning. Its navigation system, which uses a camera and 3D structured lights, as well as multiple lasers, and a 3D structured light to identify and avoid obstructions it is impressive. This assists in helping the X40 Ultra receive one of the top scores in our assessments of obstruction avoidance.
5. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is an amazingly powerful vacuum and mop combination that has been developed to be easy for users. The gunmetal base station fills up its own tank of clean water, empties the dust bin into a smaller bin and ishes and drys its own mop pads in between cleaning sessions. It also has a sophisticated feature set that lets it switch between rugs and hard and effectively remove dirt and pet hair from carpets and the thresholds of rooms that are raised.
The S1 Pro's navigation and maps are outstanding, and the internal dToF LiDAR device that allows it to keep an unobtrusive appearance while offering top-of-the-line objects avoidance. It can drive up to walls and avoid steps without falling. It also raises the mop automatically when driving on short-pile or rugs carpets. However, it struggled with carpets with a longer pile and also some long, thick messes of dried-on debris.
Like most robots that are available, the S1 Pro comes ready to roll out of the box, and requires only a quick initial mapping run to figure out how it can navigate your home. Once it's done the map is displayed in the app and rooms can be added or joined as needed. You can also set virtual boundaries and no-go or no-mop zones if there's something you do not want the robot to get into.
The S1 Pro does a great job of removing messes from hard floors, thanks to its rotating mop head that puts 2.2lbs (1kg) of downward pressure on the floor. Its ability to both vacuum and mop is a great option for homes with floors of both types. However, its reliance on Eufy cleaning solutions (which are included in the box) could make it less adaptable as other robots that allow you to add your own cleaning solutions.
