This robot vacuum-mop makes an excellent choice for apartment dwellers as it has an economized docking system and carries its own rubbish bin. The application lets you set up various modes and monitor the cleaning. The mopping function is also impressive.
Its mapping, obstacle avoidance, and the mops are stunning. It is able to pick pet hair, spills, and dirt. It also self-empties and cleans and refills its water tank.
Roomba iRobot Combination
The iRobot Combo adds mopping to the already impressive vacuuming capabilities of the robot. It's not quite able to compete with our reigning Editors' Choice, the Deebot X1 Omni, which is more efficient and has an app that is easier to use on mobile devices but it does make an excellent choice. It is able to pick up dirt from carpets and hard floors. Its obstacle avoidance system isn't the most advanced in the world, and isn't equipped with structured light and other technologies like LiDAR, but it still was able to avoid most collisions with furniture and clutter.
The Combo comes with many of the same features that the J7 Plus does, including the onboard acoustic sensor for determining the type of floor and AI-powered Navigation, but it doesn't have the ability to set suction power manually. It's also a little less compact than its vacuum-only counterpart and it doesn't have an auto-empty dock.
The Combo is one of my favorite options for most homes. Its elegant design is also one of the best robot cleaner I've seen in the market. The sleek, matte black plastic looks superior to the competition's glossy or metallic finishes, and iRobot's small touches--like a leather tab to open the onboard bin and a shelf in the dock to hold extra bags--are more elegant than a lot of its rivals'. The iRobot Combo also allows you to create maps of your home, as well as to create Keep-Out Zones as well as No-Mop Zones, and Clean Zones.
RoborockWhile Roborock is comparatively new to the robot vacuum and mop market however, it has already made a name for itself due to its suite of innovative cleaning technologies. Roborock's vacuums are world-class in suction, while its mopping systems use vibrating mops to keep floors of dust. You can also customize the bot's cleaning routine by making use of a variety of scheduling and mapping options.
Roborock's obstacle avoidance feature allows the robot to spot objects that are lower than its own height. This is especially useful for Roborock's most popular models, such as the Qrevo Master. It is the top of its kind when it comes to navigation, thanks to both vSLAM and LiDAR. Other robovacs have been reported to run over pet waste and slam furniture with no awareness. The Qrevo Master however, addresses this issue by utilizing an AI system called Reactive that makes use of dual cameras to detect the presence of objects in the room.

Its advanced navigation system combines 5 technologies to design and create a route that is most efficient. It also recognizes various flooring materials and recognize obstacles with pinpoint accuracy. It can even lift itself 7mm to glide on carpets. Smart spray system is able to use just the right amount of water to aid in stain removal without leaving marks.
The Legee is the Gen 4 Robot, competes directly with the Eufy Robovac X9 or Ecovacs Deebot T20. Both of them cost more. It is more advanced and features, including a flexible D-shaped robot that can clean corners and under cabinets more efficiently than a round one. Its sensors include 360deg (3D) (Lidar Encoder Gyro and E-compass) 4 forward-facing sensors and one right-side-facing (IR ToF distance sensors) and 2 pairs of cliff detectors, front and rear (most robots only have one pair). It also includes Legee SLAM to help reduce the bump-and-grind problems that plague Gen 4 robots.
In contrast to other robots, unlike other robots, the Legee has an integrated trash compactor that is compatible with the less noisy 5 GHz Wi-Fi band. The included LuLu mop cleaning station cleans, refills and dries the mop cloth. The mop can be used for up to six times longer than other mops. It also reduces the amount of waste and frequency with which bins are empty.
Karcher RCV 5
Popular for its pressure washers and garden tools, Karcher has been dabbling in robot vacuum reviews vacuums for a while, and it's the most tech-savvy model. It can create maps for your home with LiDAR, and can be programmed either to mop or vacuum. It also can tell the distinction between hard floors and carpets to ensure that you don't end up with puddles on a precious pile.
Its navigation is top-quality it can navigate around furniture and rugs with ease and even lifting itself over steps. The machine is customizable with different settings, including cleaning schedules and rooms it will clean. It also has an emergency button' that forces the robot to return home when its power is cut off. It can be programmed to turn off automatically if the threat of storms is imminent.
The RCV 5 is very easy to use and, despite being heavy at almost 4kg, you won't experience any difficulty moving it around furniture. Safety features like a sensor that alerts you to stay clear of stairs are appreciated by those with small children. Once charged it takes only several hours to fully charge and the two buttons on the top will flash green to signal it is ready for action.
Mova E30 Ultra
The Mova E30 Ultra is a robot vacuum cleaner that combines advanced cleaning technology with affordability. It is a rival to models such as the Dreame L10 Ultra and Roborock's Q Revo. Despite its price being lower, the Mova E30 Ultra offers features that more expensive models cannot compete with. It makes use of sensors to adjust the settings for different flooring and surfaces as well as detect dirtier areas. It can also move more slowly to avoid damaging furniture or walls.

Beko RCV3
The Beko Robotic Vacuum/Mop RCV3 is a stylish, feature-packed robot automatic vacuum cleaner and mop and mop. It does an outstanding job at keeping floors clean and tidy. It's not able to lift its mop to clean carpets or rug, as does the Roborock S8 MaxV ultra, but it's very effective in cleaning hard floors. It has a self emptying bin, a high level of suction, an array of mopping options, and a high-quality application that runs on iOS and Android.
It's a little smaller than its competitors and its main brush is smaller but it was able to do an impressive job in our test room. The rotating brush on the side for edges is a nice addition and, while it couldn't lift dirt off our carpets as well as other competitors, it did a very decent job overall.
The device can be programmed to have individual cleaning parameters for each room. It then creates detailed maps using the built-in LiDAR navigation. The app is simple to use and offers a variety of voice output options that can keep you updated on the status of your robot. Regular updates to the software enhance and increase the performance. The application can be used to remotely manage the RCV3 even when you're away from home.
