Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum and mop combinations can be customized using a specialized application. You can save maps of your house as well as set up cleaning schedules and select the mopping mode you prefer. You can also alter the suction power and the amount of water your mop consumes.

A mapping function can help your robot hoover and mop navigate around rooms. A feature to avoid obstacles helps it avoid running over wires, furniture, or stray toys. These are must-have features in my house, stuffed with toys that are scattered about.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the flagship mop and vacuum, which is why it's a natural choice to be packed with features. It's able to both sweep and mop in one session and even raise its mop pads and brushes to stop soft surfaces from becoming damp. It also can detect and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to identify pets plants, small objects.

The robotic cleaner and mop vacuum's maximum suction power is 6,000 pascals. This is higher than any other robot vacuum we've tested so far. It also has PreciSense LiDAR Navigation to track its location, preventing it becoming stuck on objects.

Its mopping functionality is also impressive, with the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of 6 Newtons to the mop pad to provide deep cleaning. It also comes with an automatic vacuum cleaner and mop mop lifting system which will lift the pad when it transitions from laminate to tile, hardwood to carpets and rugs to prevent the possibility of soaking these soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad is capable of rinsing and heat-drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. You can set it to forget about it. You only need to replenish the water tank or change the dust bag every now and then.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I used it on its normal mop and vac settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to get power hungry and then return to its base for a recharge. This isn't too far off of the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is in line with other hybrids I've tested.

It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only downside is that it's costly. But, the sheer number of features makes it a tempting option for anyone who wants to get rid of their old stick vacuums and mops. If you can justify the hefty price tag we recommend you check this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a high-end combination. The premium price is justified by the powerful features, including a large vacuuming capability and two gyrating mop heads. It also has an app-based, smart controller and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combinations out there, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed well throughout the home. It was able to remove 98.4 percent of debris from any type of floor and was able to lift long hair without getting caught in. The mops also performed well with excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models. This was due to their rotational movement and the powerful cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's most significant highlight is its multifunctional docking station. The dock emptys its dustbin into a dirt bag, refills its water tank to enable mopping, and dry the mop pads for you. It also comes with an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and allows you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its smart controls.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops I've test and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris pickup performance on carpets. Additionally it's not as efficient in removing staining that is as strong as those in the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra, which is the most expensive model. Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it still requires regular maintenance. Its base station needs to be cleaned out, and the dustbag and water tanks should be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly to prevent unpleasant odors and mildew. The mop pads sold separately will need to be changed periodically.

Given the L10S Ultra's premium pricing and its extensive features, I would recommend it to anyone with the money for it. If you're on a tight budget I would suggest a less basic model that allows you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best robot mop and vacuum you could buy but its cost and frequent maintenance will make it seem more an option than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're in search of a robot vacuum cleaner mop and vacuum that will clean up dust and dirt on your floors while cleaning up wet mess then look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This high-powered robovac and mop combo packs an impressive suction force of 8,000 Pa as well as a massive battery that can be used for mopping and vacuuming and a top-of-the-line obstacles-avoiding. It also comes with an automatic mop that cleans itself as it moves and makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that need to return to their base station mid-cleaning to clean the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a significant contrast to the microfiber pads and spinning discs used in other robots. The roller is almost entire length of the bot, and it is constantly filled with clean, ozonated water from its dock. As it rotates, the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is removed by the side brushes or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then discharges the mop water that is dirty into its base station, which is then sucked up by the tank's heating elements before being then pumped into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard holds plenty of water, and can manage about a dozen mopping sessions before going dry.

Like most robotic vacuums and mop sets, the S1 Pro is ready to take it out of the box. It will need to be filled with clean water, however this is simple to do within the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock, in case you want to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you opt for this option, however, you will need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands allowing users to select their own choice of cleaning products.

As with most robots that are available, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was quick to map out a space and moved around furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a few times on longer pile carpets and rugs in my tests however this can be fixed when the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very capable all-in-one robot for an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry-level mop and vacuum but it does have some outstanding features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot's dirtbag and refilling its water tanks and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system itself is capable cleaning a large portion of a space before returning to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction does a nice job of removing debris and pet hair that accumulates on carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is extensive, and provides a variety of options to customize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start an entire map and clear everything that's been that the device maps, or you can pick individual rooms, expandable zones, or even a schedule you've set up. There are a number of mopping options which include SmartPlan -an algorithm that makes use of the sensors on the mops to determine the most efficient method to clean your home as it maps the space.

The Qrevo performed well during our tests, just as all Roborock models we've test. Its navigation system is solid, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a systematic way. The 'Normal' setting for pathing is excellent at covering a room, with no major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well, however it's not as sophisticated as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect dangers like thick carpets, but it may not always recognize smaller things like rug tassels or electrical wires.

The most obvious flaw with this model is the absence of a mop after vacuum option which could be a problem for those who do a lot of vacuuming before cleaning their robot. There's an easy solution: The app offers an option that lets you "clean up" at the conclusion of each vacuuming session. This lets you use the mopping function of the vacuum to eliminate the last remnants of dust and debris that are left behind by the vacuuming. This is a great feature that helps this robot clean a little better than its less expensive competitors.
